Information for GPs, specialists, and NDIS support coordinators referring patients for dietetic services.
We accept referrals from GPs and specialists for patients requiring dietetic management of chronic conditions, complex dietary needs, or acute nutrition support.
Patients with an eligible chronic condition may be entitled to up to 5 Medicare-subsidised allied health visits per calendar year with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan or Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly EPC). Ask your GP about a referral to a dietitian under this scheme.
We accept Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) referrals. Gold and White Card holders may be eligible for dietitian services.

We work with NDIS participants who are plan-managed or self-managed. Support coordinators can refer participants for dietetic assessment and ongoing nutrition support.
Please see our NDIS page for more information about NDIS dietetic services.
Note: We are not currently registered with the NDIS Commission. We are available to plan-managed and self-managed participants only.
Patients and participants are welcome to book directly, or contact us to discuss a referral.
