Book NowIf you have a chronic health condition, your GP can refer you under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan. This allows you to claim a Medicare rebate on up to 5 allied health visits per calendar year, which includes dietitian consultations.
To access this, speak to your GP and ask for a CDM referral to a dietitian. No referral is required to book, but you will need one in place before your appointment to claim the rebate.
Many private health funds provide rebates for dietitian consultations under extras cover. The amount depends on your fund and level of cover. We recommend contacting your insurer directly to confirm your entitlements before your appointment.
We support NDIS participants whose plans include funding for dietitian services. Consultations are delivered via telehealth and billed in line with the NDIS Price Guide. Learn more about our NDIS services.
No referral is needed to book an appointment. You can book directly online. If you would like to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management plan, but this does not need to be in place before booking.
Payment is processed securely through our online booking system at the time of your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. See our cancellation policy for full details.
This varies depending on your health goals and condition. Most clients benefit from an initial consultation followed by 2 to 4 review appointments over several months. Your dietitian will discuss a recommended schedule with you at your first appointment.
Telehealth consultations available across regional and rural Australia. No waitlist.
