Our Appointment Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, as this allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient in need.

Cancellation Notice Required

Cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare, private health insurance, or DVA.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment via:

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. The full consultation fee will apply. Depending on the time remaining, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Telehealth Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties at the start of a telehealth consultation, please contact us immediately. Where technical issues are on your end, the standard cancellation policy applies. Where issues are on our end, the appointment will be rescheduled at no charge.

Exceptions

Cancellation fees will be waived in cases of medical emergency or serious illness. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible in these circumstances.

NDIS Participants

NDIS cancellation policies are governed by the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Short notice cancellations (less than 2 clear business days) may be claimed at 100% of the agreed support price. This will be outlined in your service agreement.
